Your responsibilities
Main Duties

- Lead and manage all QA/QC, inspection, expediting, and supplier quality activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, standards, regulations, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Review and approve quality documentation, inspection and test plans (ITPs), welding procedures, supplier documentation, and technical procedures.
- Oversee inspections, NDE activities, audits, non-conformance management, and corrective actions.
- Manage QA/QC resources, personnel development, certification programs, and performance of inspection teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and project teams to ensure timely equipment delivery, quality compliance, and issue resolution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and delays, and provide quality and expediting reports to project management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Inspection, and Supplier Quality Management within EPC, petrochemical, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary QA/QC and inspection teams.
- Professional certifications in Quality Management or Welding Inspection are an advantage.
