Aufgaben
- Advise the relevant thyssenkrupp Steering departments on technical information security requirements and assist in implementing measures in accordance with common standards such as TISAX, ISO 27001, BSI, ISO/SAE 21434, and IATF 16949.
- Collaborate in the development and enhancement of the IT security architecture, actively contributing to the design and implementation of robust technical security measures. Develop and implement strategies for corporate cybersecurity.
- Consult different departments on technical information security matters, offering guidance and recommendations.
- Review and assess external vendors from information security point of view through the corporate IT demand process.
- Analyze and effectively handle information security incidents, applying incident response procedures and mitigating potential risks promptly.
- Maintain and review the quarterly security KPI reporting system.
- Develop and analyze IT security concepts in close coordination with the CISO, local ISOs and the Cybersecurity Manager.
- Provide support in technical (information security) projects, contributing to their successful implementation
Profil
- Proven expertise in IT security systems, standards, and security frameworks (e.g., TISAX, ISO 27001, ISO/SAE 21434).
- Relevant university degree and certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH).
- Strong experience in implementing and maintaining technical security measures.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
- Independent, goal- and solution-oriented working style with project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels and cultures.
- Resilience and assertiveness in challenging situations; able to manage conflicts professionally.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Willingness to travel (up to 10%) and work in diverse, multicultural environments.
