Aufgaben
- You will manage and execute internal and external communication initiatives in close alignment with the Automotive Technology Headquarters.
- You will develop compelling content for various channels (intranet, newsletters, presentations, campaigns) and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- You will support leadership communication and change initiatives with clear, engaging narratives.
- You will create and maintain presentation materials, reports, and visual assets using MS PowerPoint and other Office tools.
- You will manage and update content in our CMS and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital communication landscape.
- You will explore and apply AI-based tools to enhance content creation, visual design, and communication efficiency.
- You will monitor and analyze communication performance (e.g. social media tracking, newsletter KPIs, SEO) and derive actionable insights.
Profil
- University degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in corporate communications or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- CMS experience is essential.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and visual design is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required; German is a plus.
- You are a creative communicator with a structured mindset and a hands-on attitude.
