Your responsibilities

  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche und technische Betreuung der SAP-Zeitwirtschaft sowie der unterstützenden Systeme für unsere internen Kunden
  • Sie leiten zeitwirtschaftliche HR-IT-Projekte
  • Sie konzipieren fachliche Analysen von Kundenanforderungen, Tarifverträgen, Betriebsvereinbarungen und erstellen daraus IT-Konzepte
  • Sie implementieren zeitwirtschaftliche Funktionen in einem SAP HCM-System (Customizing, RPTIME00)
  • Sie helfen dabei Know How im Bereich der SAP HCM Zeitwirtschaft aufzubauen
  • Sie führen Prozessanalysen durch und sind an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der IT-Prozesse beteiligt
  • Sie arbeiten an der Auswahl neuer Systeme und Dienstleister mit

Your profile

  • Sie haben ein Hochschulstudium erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der SAP-Zeitwirtschaft, idealerweise in einem Shared Service Center
  • Sie verantworten die Zeitwirtschaft in mindestens einem SAP-System und verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in zeitwirtschaftlichen IT-Projekten
  • Sie verfügen darüber hinaus über Kenntnisse in weiteren SAP-Modulen (PA, PY, OM) und können mit MS-Office sicher umgehen
  • Sie besitzen Organisationsvermögen sowie eine eigenständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise, die es Ihnen erleichtert, die gestellten Aufgaben termingerecht zu bearbeiten
  • Ihr Arbeitsstil ist sorgfältig, und Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit sind für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Auch in herausfordernden Situationen verfügen Sie über ein hohes Maß an Belastungsfähigkeit, wobei Sie stets ruhig und gelassen bleiben
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) runden Ihr Profil ab
