Your responsibilities

  • Personalcontrolling & Datenanalyse: Aufbereitung, Analyse und Kommentierung personalbezogener Kennzahlen sowie Identifikation von Trends, Auffälligkeiten und Optimierungspotenzialen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Management.
  • Berichtswesen & Reporting: Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports zu Personalkosten, FTE-Entwicklung, produktivitätsbezogenen Kennzahlen und Personalabbaumaßnahmen.
  • Planung, Forecast & Budget: Begleitung von Personalplanung, Forecast- und Budgetprozessen in enger Abstimmung mit HR und Finance.
  • Einsparungs- und Monitoring-Analysen: Berechnung von Einsparpotenzialen (Savings) bei Personalmaßnahmen sowie Monitoring der Zielerreichung.
  • Schnittstellenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Controlling, Fachbereichen und zentralen Funktionen, um Umsetzungsstände, Risikoabschätzungen und Effizienzpotenziale transparent darzustellen.
  • Systempflege & Tool-Weiterentwicklung: Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Controlling-Instrumenten und Tools (z.B. SAP, Power BI, SuccessFactors).

Your profile

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Hintergrund, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Personal.
  • Fachkompetenz: Erfahrung im HR-Controlling, Finanzcontrolling oder Reportingumfeld mit Bezug zu Personalkennzahlen.
  • Analysefähigkeit: Sicherer Umgang mit Daten, analytisches Denkvermögen und Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge.
  • Kommunikation: Gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit internen Stakeholdern.
  • Systemaffinität: Versierter Umgang mit Excel, SAP (FI/CO oder HR), BI-Tools (z.B. Power BI) und idealerweise HR-Systemen.
  • Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Blick fürs Wesentliche.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application
