Your responsibilities

  • Ensure competent E/E hardware and software support to CPM’s and customers, from acquisition to EOP.
  • Manage mechatronic system projects: planning, execution, and documentation.
  • Review and approve E/E validation/test plans to ensure performance targets.
  • Align mechatronic systems with E/E platform.
  • Cross-functional leadership of project teams (EEF, SYS PL, Safety, Cybersecurity, ECU HW PM,) synchronize and complete activities on time, including RFQ responses.
  • Provide competent E/E hardware and software support to CPMs and customers.

Your profile

  • University engineering degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience with mechatronic systems in automotive, aerospace, or railway industries.
  • Experience with safety-relevant mechatronic systems and hardware/software development.
  • Skilled in handling customer requirements and high product complexity.
  • Understanding of E/E Automotive Functional Safety (ISO26262) and Cybersecurity.
  • Very good English skills (German is a plus).
  • High social skills, resilience and flexibility.
  • Willingness for continuous development in technical and managerial areas.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20%).

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
