Aufgaben
- Handling & managing Email communication with internal as well external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Travel Management
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Timesheet monitoring
- Apart from above activities, the candidate will also
- Perform secretarial functions for Directors / Heads of Department / Group
- Support HR and Admin team in various activities, which will be assigned from time to time. For e.g. Scheduling Interviews, reimbursements etc.
- Plan organize and manage team events
Profil
- Graduate in any discipline
- Proven work experience (3-5 years)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
