What You'll Do:
Inspect raw materials and finished products using visual checks and measurement tools
Identify and segregate non-conforming materials
Complete and document inspection results accurately
Enter data into quality systems and reconcile outgoing shipments
Collaborate with team members on improvement efforts
Work on the warehouse floor near machinery and production equipment
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or GED
Basic math and English literacy skills
Ability to learn and use tools such as tape measures, gauges, and scales
Basic computer/data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and safety mindset
Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred:
Coursework or certifications in quality assurance
Prior QA or inspection experience
Familiarity with common measurement instruments
