Material Handler (Day Shift) – Santa Teresa, NM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately remove, stock, and select product and supplies according to inventory plans and customer orders.

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring the correct items are processed.

• Pick, process, pack, and cut orders as needed using Kaltenbach saws.

• Complete cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory.

• Identify, hold, and segregate defective material appropriately.

• Complete paperwork and documentation per work instructions.

• Conduct forklift inspections at the start of each shift and report any issues immediately.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Participate, support, and comply with all Health, Safety, ISO, and 6S initiatives.

• Perform other duties to support the operation as requested.

• Work directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.

• This is a safety-sensitive position under applicable laws.

• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and pre-employment drug screening, which may include testing for marijuana in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to read and write in English (in Quebec, must read and write French)

• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. over 100 feet

• Basic math skills

• Prior forklift experience

• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping

• Strong commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using handheld measuring tools

• Basic computer knowledge, including database and Microsoft Office programs
