Material Handler (Day Shift) – Santa Teresa, NM

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately remove, stock, and select product and supplies according to inventory plans and customer orders.
Load and unload trucks, ensuring the correct items are processed.
Pick, process, pack, and cut orders as needed using Kaltenbach saws.
Complete cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory.
Identify, hold, and segregate defective material appropriately.
Complete paperwork and documentation per work instructions.
Conduct forklift inspections at the start of each shift and report any issues immediately.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Participate, support, and comply with all Health, Safety, ISO, and 6S initiatives.
Perform other duties to support the operation as requested.
Work directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.

This is a safety-sensitive position under applicable laws.
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and pre-employment drug screening, which may include testing for marijuana in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read and write in English (in Quebec, must read and write French)
Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. over 100 feet
Basic math skills
Prior forklift experience
Ability to sit for extended periods and perform bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using handheld measuring tools
Basic computer knowledge, including database and Microsoft Office programs
