You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business, recruiting for roles ranging from internships to executive-level hires, supporting both hourly and salaried positions.

What You’ll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process: intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to define roles and create compelling job postings
- Proactively source and engage candidates using diverse strategies, including passive sourcing
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
- Manage recruiting activity in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support vendor management, including agency partnerships and contract negotiation
- Help train hiring managers on interviewing best practices and effective use of Workday
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, quality of hire)
- Contribute to process improvements, TA projects, and workforce planning initiatives
- Collaborate with a team currently managing 125+ monthly requisitions
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles
- Experience managing multiple requisitions across functions and levels
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday strongly preferred)
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset

Job Compensation
$70K - $80K (Based on geo diff and experience) + Annual Bonus Incentive
