Vos responsabilités
- Grow and maintain a portfolio of customers and counterparts active on the steel product market, prioritize your leads and turn them into clients and transactions
- Conduct day-to-day sales initiatives and provide clients with essential market intelligence analysis to support pricing, trading, and risk mitigation strategies
- Conduct on-site meetings and discussions with potential customers about their needs
- Maintain and build long standing national and international customer and purchase relations
- Operate and develop multiple sales and purchasing channels
Votre profil
- Multiple years of trading experience in the steel market resulting in reliable steel product knowledge and an international network
- Commercial experience in trading, trade execution, steelmarket and origination roles, with the ability to influence customers and counterparts at the most senior level
- Strong quantitative skills, the ability to conduct complex negotiations as well as structure/monetize optionality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and business partners
- Ability to adopt to a given structure and stand out with a clear risk judgement and compliance awareness
- English language skills are mandatory, other language skills are a plus
