Vos responsabilités
- You will develop and implement communication strategies for the Automotive Technology Headquarters that support organizational change, cultural transformation, and leadership alignment.
- You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing communication guidance and crafting messaging for internal and external audiences.
- You will manage media inquiries, prepare press statements, and proactively position key topics in relevant media outlets.
- You will oversee crisis communication planning and execution, ensuring timely, transparent, and reputation-sensitive responses.
- You will coordinate cross-functional communication initiatives and ensure consistency across all channels and stakeholder groups.
- You will collaborate closely with internal communications, HR, legal, and business units to align messaging and manage sensitive topics.
- You will monitor media coverage, assess reputational risks, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Votre profil
- University degree in Communications, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in corporate communications, media relations, or public affairs ideally in an international and industrial environment.
- Proven track record in strategic communication, change and transformation communication, and executive communication.
- Solid experience in crisis communication, including stakeholder management and media handling under pressure.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English; German is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, political sensitivity, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- High level of digital literacy and openness to using AI tools for content creation and media monitoring.
