Vos responsabilités
- Developing and implementing changemanagement strategies to support organizational transformation in alignment with the Transformation department
- Designing and supporting the execution of cultural transformation programs to enhance employee engagement and motivation, e.g., leadership development, employee experience, and values integration
- Ensuring smooth collaboration between P&C Centers of Excellence and GO&DS
- Driving performance within P&C, e.g., through lessons learned and the establishment of platforms/initiatives
- Monitoring relevant KPIs (e.g., eNPS) and deriving actionable recommendations
- Supporting the development and implementation of the P&C strategy in alignment with the overall corporate and segment strategy
- Developing and establishing a highperforming team culture within PD
- Designing and implementing global P&C projects as part of the business transformation
Votre profil
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Several years of experience in P&C project management, change management, or organizational development
- Proven track record in implementing complex P&C initiatives, preferably in a global, matrixorganized company
- High level of social competence
- Excellent communication, moderation, and stakeholdermanagement skills
- Strong analytical abilities and pronounced problemsolving skills
- High resilience and adaptability in fastpaced work environments
- Very good English skills (B Level), strong intercultural competence, and experience working in international teams
- Additional foreign languages are an asset
