Your responsibilities

  • Bedienung und Überwachung von automatisierten CNC-Anlagen zur Herstellung von Komponenten der Automobilindustrie
  • Umrüsten der Anlagen sowie Einfahren der Maschinen nach Umbauanleitungen
  • Zuführung von Rohteilen in die Maschine
  • Arbeiten nach Zeichnung, Verfahrens-/Arbeitsanweisungen und Prüfplänen
  • Entnahme und Verpackung bearbeiteter Teile
  • Behebung von Kleinstörungen nach Fehlermeldung
  • Durchführen von Wartungen und Reinigungsarbeiten
  • Umlagern, Verpacken und Buchen von Komponenten

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/-in, Industriemechaniker/-in, Werkzeugmacher/-in, Kfz-Mechatroniker/-in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. Weiterbildung zur CNC-Fachkraft
  • Bereitschaft für Arbeit im 3- bzw. 4-Schichtsystem erforderlich
  • Berufserfahrung in der Metallverarbeitung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Siemens Steuerung 840D wünschenswert
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe, Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
