Vos responsabilités
- Design and implementation of data models and cross-departmental data collection frameworks to support automated, transparent, and customer-accepted billing processes
- Development and maintenance of internal interfaces for systems such as Alice, MetaDir, BRM, PCM, and SAP, based on SQL
- Design and optimization of asset lifecycle management and billing processes in MetaDir with focus on catalog-based and pay-per-use models
- Development of consumption-based billing (CBB) concepts and solutions
- Creation of dashboards and reporting tools using PowerApps and Power BI
- Contribution to enterprise-wide data architecture initiatives
- Coordination between service units for billing, ensuring traceability and transparency of data flows
- Enhancement of data quality via automated Trusted Source comparison processes using MetaDirectory based on SQL
- Continuous development of MetaDir functionalities, including:
- Portfolio & Catalog Management (PCM)
- Business Relationship Management (BRM/CCM)
Votre profil
- Degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with 6+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Requirements engineering
- Databases (e.g. MS SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access)
- SAP systems
- Programming & scripting languages
- Data integration and ETL processes
- Application and system integration
- Proficient in:
- SQL
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
- Familiarity with IT standards and frameworks:
- ITIL, Six Sigma, Compliance, Reporting, IT Security
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
