Vos responsabilités
As the Global Service Officer (IT), you will be responsible for the seamless operation and provision of IT services across all international locations. The focus will be on engineering software. This role involves ensuring high service availability, providing user support, and optimizing service delivery.
Tasks are the following:
- Overseeing the provision and support of software applications.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive support concept for users.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinating and communicating with software vendors.
- Procuring and managing software licenses.
- Collaborating with IT infrastructure teams to continuously improve service quality.
- Managing IT service projects and initiatives on a global scale.
- Providing detailed reports and analyses on service performance for IT management.
Votre profil
- A degree in computer science or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in IT service management, preferably in a global role.
- Experience in providing and supporting technical software in the engineering/construction environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer orientation and a commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
