Aufgaben
The (Senior) Manager Board Office plays a strategic role in ensuring the effective operation of the Supervisory Board, reporting directly to the Head of Board Office. This position involves facilitating governance processes, supporting high-level decision-making, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Supervisory Board and its committees by:
- Planning, structuring, and preparing board and committee meetings
- Developing and aligning high-quality resolution and information materials
- Coordinating with external advisors and third parties
- Engaging with senior management stakeholders
- Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Independently manage special projects and assignments
- Drive process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the Board Office
- Handle ad-hoc requests from the Supervisory Board, Management Board, and internal or external stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in managing sensitive information
- Represent the organization within the scope of responsibilities
Profil
- University degree in Law, Economics, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably with expertise in the German Stock Corporation Act and the German Corporate Governance Code
- Proven track record in strategic project management within an international corporate environment or consulting
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate complex structures and manage multiple interdependencies
- Resilient, committed, and able to work independently with a structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable operating in an ambiguous and rapidly evolving business environment
- Skilled in managing organizational dynamics, balancing stakeholder needs, and delivering clear, effective communication across multiple audiences
- Consistently achieves results, even under challenging circumstances
- Fluent in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively at the highest management levels
