Vos responsabilités
- Plan, conduct, document and follow up on internal quality management system audits in accordance with IATF 16949 and second party audits based on VDA 6.3, ensuring timely completion, impartiality, confidentiality and professional stakeholder communication
- Deliver regular training and awareness sessions on quality management standards, customer specific requirements and audit related topics for employees at local and global level
- Support the qualification and professional development of new auditors and provide regular training, coaching and calibration sessions for the existing auditor community
- Administer, maintain and continuously improve audit databases and SharePoint based audit management systems, support users and ensure that the approved auditor pool remains accurate and up to date
- Monitor audit quality at local and global level by reviewing audit documentation, objective evidence, findings and reports for completeness, consistency and compliance with applicable requirements
- Contribute to the development and coordination of the annual audit program, considering business priorities, customer requirements, process performance, previous audit results and risk
Votre profil
- Completed degree in business administration or vocational training and/or a university-level degree in engineering or natural sciences
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally in quality management, quality or auditing
- Fluent written and spoken German and English, additional languages are an advantage
- Recognized qualification as an IATF 16949 first party or third party quality management system auditor and as a VDA 6.3 process auditor, with a second party auditor certification being essential
- Demonstrated experience in automotive process oriented auditing, applicable knowledge of ISO 19011, including risk based thinking, audit sampling, the assessment of objective evidence and the evaluation of process effectiveness and performance
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify, evaluate and communicate risks, nonconformities and improvement opportunities clearly and objectively
- Structured, independent and diligent working style, with strong attention to detail
- Confident and professional communication skills across functions, cultures and organizational levels
- Knowledge of OEM customer-specific requirements and Automotive Core Tools is essential
- Willingness to travel internationally, combined with flexibility, resilience and a results oriented approach
- Knowledge of additional standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001 or TISAX may enhance your versatility (latest versions)
