The eCommerce Ideation Business Analyst will work directly alongside the eCommerce Product Owner and Business Analysts to support the ideation team and process, playing a key supporting role to bring new features from concept to sprint ready stories for the development team in the backlog. Location: Hybrid - Southfield, MI (Metro Detroit Area)
Salary Range: $70,000–$82,000 + Annual Incentive Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Document customer and business needs, ideation artifacts, and process workflows.
- Coordinate user interviews, testing sessions, and stakeholder meetings, documenting findings and insights.
- Support backlog management, story refinement, and bug triaging alongside the eCommerce Product Owner.
- Conduct competitive market analysis and deliver ad hoc data analysis.
- Promote and maintain usage norms for Jira and Confluence tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst (eCommerce experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, documentation, and ad hoc problem-solving skills.
- Software Proficiency: MS Office required; Jira and Confluence experience preferred.
- Work Authorization: Candidates must be eligible to work in the USA. No sponsorship or relocation offered.
Location
Must reside in the Metro Detroit area. This hybrid role requires three days onsite weekly at our Southfield, MI office on West Eleven Mile Rd.
