What You’ll Do:
  • Drive Seller Acquisition & Growth – Identify, recruit, and onboard new sellers, helping them succeed in our Marketplace.
  • Build Strong Relationships – Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, and customer service) to ensure business success.
  • Enhance the Seller Experience – Provide insights, recommendations, and ongoing support to optimize seller performance.
  • Industry Engagement – Represent Online Metals at industry events, building our brand and marketplace presence.
What We’re Looking For:
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
 4+ years in business development, sales, or marketplace management.
 Strong sales skills – Experience in prospecting, closing deals, and growing seller networks.
 Customer-first mindset – You understand what it takes to create an exceptional seller and buyer experience.
 Leadership experience – You’ve led teams or worked cross-functionally to drive business objectives.
 Go-Getter Attitude – You’re highly organized, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take initiative.
 Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven – Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
 Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Bonus Points If You Have:
➕ Experience in B2B metals or raw materials sales.
➕ Background in project management & strategic planning.

Job Compensation

$106K - $110K + Annual Bonus Incentive
