We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to help shape our IT landscape and strengthen the link between business strategy and technology decisions. In this role, you will create transparency across applications and technologies, advise business functions on effective IT solutions, and help build the foundations of a mature enterprise architecture practice. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, solution architects, and delivery teams to reduce complexity, improve decision-making, and ensure that architecture choices support business value, scalability, and long-term technology direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- You drive application portfolio management by creating transparency on applications, ownership, lifecycle status, costs, risks, and dependencies. You identify opportunities for consolidation, modernization, standardization, and decommissioning
- You support technology portfolio management by assessing platforms, technologies, standards, and lifecycle risks. You help define target technologies, architecture principles, and roadmaps for future investment decisions
- You consult business functions on efficient, scalable, and future-ready IT solutions. You translate business needs into architecture options and recommendations, balancing value, cost, risk, and technical feasibility
- You help build enterprise architecture foundations, including governance processes, architecture repositories, tools, documentation standards, and reporting structures. You promote consistent architecture practices across business domains and IT initiatives
Perfil
- You have a degree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, IT strategy, application management, or technology consulting
- You understand application landscapes, technology platforms, integration patterns, data flows, and IT operating models. Experience in application portfolio management, technology lifecycle management, or architecture governance is highly valuable
- You communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders and translate complex technology topics into clear business language. You combine analytical thinking with consulting skills, pragmatism, and a strong value orientation
- You are familiar with frameworks, methods, or tools such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, LeanIX, Ardoq, ServiceNow APM, or similar
- You share a can do attitude and are able to communicate in English
