Your responsibilities

  • Analyse: Analyse und Bewertung der vorhandenen internen Kommunikationsstrukturen.
  • Mitarbeiterbefragung: Durchführung von Mitarbeiterbefragungen zur Erfassung der Wahrnehmung der Technologiestrategie und der Forschungs- und Innovationsaktivitäten, des Engagements und der Motivation.
  • Identifikation: Identifizierung von Kommunikationslücken und Verbesserungspotenzialen.
  • Konzeption: Entwicklung eines Konzepts zur Optimierung der internen Kommunikation, um die Akzeptanz und das Engagement der Mitarbeiter für die Technologiestrategie und die Forschungs- und Innovationsaktivitäten zu steigern.
  • Empfehlungen: Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen zur Implementierung der Konzeption.

Your profile

  • Du absolvierst ein Masterstudium im Bereich BWL, Marketing oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
  • Du bringst Interesse an Technologie und innovativen Unternehmen mit.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstil zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise legst Du an den Tag.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Mitarbeiterbefragungen sind von Vorteil.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
