Your responsibilities

  • Mitwirkung in Bau, Planungs, Facility und Immobilienprojekten
  • Unterstützung des Projekt sowie Facilitymanagements im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Verantwortung für administrative Tätigkeiten, Dokumentation und Datenpflege
  • Recherche und Analysearbeiten zur Vorbereitung von Projekt und Bewirtschaftungsentscheidungen
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Präsentationen, Übersichten und projektbegleitender Unterlagen
  • Pflege und Bearbeitung des DienstleisterPortals (SAP)
  • Mitarbeit bei organisatorischen Abläufen sowie bei der Vorbereitung und Steuerung kleinerer Maßnahmen

Your profile

  • Eingeschriebene/r Studierende/r der Architektur, Innenarchitektur, des Bauingenieurwesens, Facility Managements oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung aus Praktika oder Werkstudierendentätigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; SAPKenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
