Your responsibilities

  • Aktive Unterstützung der Projektleitungen im Tagesgeschäft sowie in methodischen Fragestellungen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung projektbezogener Dokumente wie Kanban Boards, Projektpläne und Dokumentationen
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Vorlagen sowie Mitwirkung bei Trainings, Retrospektiven und LessonsLearnedWorkshops
  • Recherchen zu ausgewählten Themen und Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Projekt und Teamveranstaltungen im Digital Projects Team

Your profile

  • Sie befinden sich in einem Masterstudium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (IT) Projektmanagement, Ingenieurwesen oder in einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung und erzielen sehr gute Studienleistungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (min. B2-Level) sind aufgrund unserer internationalen Unternehmensausrichtung erforderlich
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im IT Projektmanagement konnten Sie idealerweise bereits sammeln
  • Sie sind ein:e kommunikationsstarke:r Teamplayer:in mit einer ausgeprägten Lösungsorientierung und pragmatischer Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denken sowie konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten runden Ihr Profil ab

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email.
