Your responsibilities
People managerial role focusing for staff management of the tribe.
- Supports the creation of annual headcount target
- Organizes the newcomer integration (onboarding trainings, equipment needs etc)
- Defines and regularly reviews team structure and skill & seniority mix to achieve excellent, efficient and predictable team performance
- Participates in recruitment and selection of qualified individuals with support from Chapter Lead and HR
- Prepares professional development (training plan) and potential evaluation for team members
- Collects and provides feedback performance of team member, adjusts development plan, based on the input by CL, SM, PO
- Defining the reward&recognition in line with team members’ progress
- Supporting the department leader in the distribution of the annual salary increase and bonus budget
- Creates resource reports and analytics, recommends utilization and cost efficiency improvement measures.
- Ensures good work atmosphere: helds regular face to face discussions with team members and quarterly review
- Acts as well-being officer, organizes team events
- Represents employee needs towards senior management
- Acts as substitute for Tribe lead, if requested
Your profile
- Bsc or Msc degree (Engineering is advantage)
- 5 or more years of experience in people management
- Experience in software development projects, preferably in agile
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Determined personality
