Your responsibilities

  • Du übernimmt die technische Gesamtverantwortung für fachbereichsspezifische, geschäftskritische Finance & Tax Applikationen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus (Auswahl, Einführung/Transition, Betrieb)
  • Du bewertest Anforderungen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und leitest daraus die Zielarchitektur ab, orientiert an „SaaS-first“ bzw. MSP-Optionen
  • Du planst und steuerst Einführung, Cutover und Hypercare und sorgst für eine klare Übergabe in den Betrieb (Rollen, Prozesse, Supportwege)
  • Du stellst die Integration in die bestehende IT-Landschaft sicher (z. B. SSO/IAM, Schnittstellen, Datenflüsse, Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepte sowie technische Dokumentation) – unter Einhaltung technischer und sicherheitsrelevanter Leitplanken und im Einklang mit der Cloud-First-Strategie
  • Du setzt Security & Compliance by Design um und verankerst diese nachhaltig (z. B. DSGVO-konforme Verarbeitung, Audit-Trails, Logging, Rezertifizierungen) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Information Security
  • Du steuerst externe Provider und interne Stakeholder, übernimmst das SLA-/KPI-Management und treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Services voran (Stabilität, Performance, Nutzererlebnis)
  • Du etablierst und betreibst ITSM-basierte Prozesse (Incident, Problem, Change), inklusive Eskalationsmanagement und nachhaltiger Ursachenbehebung
  • Du verantwortest das Release-Management und die Weiterentwicklung in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen (Backlog/Priorisierung) sowie die Koordination von Tests und Abnahmen

Your profile

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, IT-nahen BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Praxiserfahrung
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der technischen Betreuung von Business-Applikationen im SaaS- und/oder MSP-Umfeld mit, von Einführung/Transition bis zum Betrieb
  • Du bringst ein starkes Verständnis für Service Excellence mit: Du steuerst SLA/KPIs, sorgst für stabile Services, treibst kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voran und arbeitest strukturiert mit ITSM-Prozessen (Incident/Problem/Change)
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Identity & Access Management sowie SSO (bevorzugt OIDC, je nach SaaS auch SAML) inklusive der Anbindung an zentrale Identity Provider – idealerweise Microsoft Entra ID
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Integrationsthemen (APIs, Schnittstellen, Datenflüsse) sowie mit betrieblichen Grundlagen wie Monitoring/Alerting und nachvollziehbarem Logging
  • Du setzt Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben pragmatisch um, idealerweise hast du Erfahrung in regulierten Umfeldern (z. B. DSGVO, GoBD)
  • Du arbeitest souverän mit Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern zusammen – von Steuerung über klare Kommunikation bis hin zu strukturierter Dokumentation – und gehst sicher mit Tools wie ServiceNow, Jira und Confluence oder vergleichbaren Lösungen um
  • Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungsstärke mit und arbeitest konstruktiv, teamorientiert, mit Humor und Freude an der Arbeit
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
