Your responsibilities

Guides and coaches the Scrum Team (Product Development Team) on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality product standards.
Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum values, principles, practice, and guidelines.
Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
Resolves team impediments with other Scrum master’s to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum within the organization.
Works with Agile coaches and other Scrum master’s to grow within the role.
Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
Facilitates and supports all scrum events/ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective & Backlog Refinement.
Demonstrate Servant-leadership by way of coaching, consulting, mentoring, and supporting Agile teams assigned to Product Dev, Business & Ops Team.
Manage & Facilitate Scrum of Scrums event/ceremony with multiple scrum teams/feature.

Your profile

4 - 8 Years of experience.
Facilitation of scrum ceremonies
Strong stakeholder management skills
Outcome/Result driven mindset
Managing agile practices in a cross-functional, multiple stream, digital application setup
Able to keep morale high with innovative ideas
Able to bring sustainable sprint pace and improve productivity
Able to coach team, including product owner, where necessary
People focused initiatives
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) /Professional Scrum Master (PSM) / SAFe Scrum Master Certification is mandatory.
Please not we are not looking for an agile coach
Bachelor or Master of Engineering / MS / MCA or equivalent qualification.
