Your responsibilities
- Within your role you act as an Application Support Engineer for PLM applications (Product Lifecycle Management):
- Provide technical support and issue resolution for users of PLM applications.
- Perform incident management, troubleshooting for application-related issues.
- Monitor application performance, ensuring service levels
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify and implement enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades.
- Assist with system testing, implementation and deployment of new features and patches.
- Support user training and create knowledge base articles for common issues and resolutions.
- As part of your role you closely interact with the business departments, understand their business processes and provide key user support
Your profile
- Successfully completed computer science studies (Master, Bachelor or comparable) or equivalent working experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, proactivity
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Friendly personality
- Result oriented and practical thinking
- Exceptional willingness to learn new things is a must
- Efficient, independent and team-oriented
- Can do attitude
- Takes ownership of his/her tasks
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel occasionally
