We're looking for an experienced Quality Representative to join our South Bend, IN team! This role plays a key part in upholding product excellence, supporting continuous improvement, and working directly on the warehouse floor alongside our operations team.
✅ Conduct internal audits & assist with customer audits/visits
✅ Maintain and calibrate measurement/test equipment
✅ Drive root cause investigations and recommend improvements
✅ Support Lean initiatives & maintain visual management boards
✅ Collaborate on continual improvement and branch quality reviews
✔️ Working knowledge of ISO9001:2008 or AS9100/9120 standards
✔️ High school diploma or GED required
✔️ Strong computer skills & safety-first mindset
✔️ ASQ certification is a plus
✔️ Lean, OSHA, or metals industry experience is a bonus
⚙️ Hands-on role supporting safety and quality excellence
