- Interpreting CMM / Manual Layout of parts

Your profile
- Education/Credentials/Certifications
- High School Diploma
- Magnetic Particle Qualified Level 2 Operator
- Length of Experience
- 1 year of experience in production preferred
- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Knowledge of CMM (start-up/shut down processes, coordinate system, etc.)
- Knowledge of die terminology and inspection
- Knowledge of cooling processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to measure closures, Runout and Bend manually
- Ability to read identification methods
- Knowledge and understanding of manual layout table and vertical pole table
- Knowledge of troubleshooting processes for defects
- Knowledge of inspection points such as Roll, KSP, Trimmer, and Robot 6
- Manual skills to operate tools and equipment such as rolling a crank, hitting a lap stamp with a hammer, full range of movement to operate a hoist, ability to climb on a fork truck
