Accomplish quality related objects through the use of quality meetings, planning, training, statistics and internal/external audits. You'll work directly with an extraordinary Plant Manager and team who are genuinely collaborative, driven, and people-first. You won’t just manage systems—you’ll shape a culture of quality, growth, and continuous improvement in a team that celebrates wins together.

✨ What You’ll Be Accountable For:

  • Championing ISO, AS, and/or TS quality standards across the region

  • Leading our Quality Improvement Board (CQIB) and related initiatives

  • Driving customer satisfaction through strategic planning and improvement efforts

  • Supervising or collaborating closely with Lean Focal points for quality alignment

  • Coaching site Quality Assurance Representatives, with quarterly on-site visits

  • Conducting internal and external audits, trend analyses, and CPAR actions

  • Managing quality systems directly on the warehouse floor and around heavy machinery

  • Leading employee development around LEAN, Safety, and Quality principles

✔️ Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • 3+ years in Quality Assurance/Control

  • Familiarity with TQM, ISO/QS 9000, SPC

  • At least 1 year in a management or supervisory role

  • Strong safety mindset

➕ Preferred (But Not Required):

  • ASQ or ISO Lead Assessor Certification

  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in metals or manufacturing

  • Experience with strategic planning, team building, and leadership development

Job Compensation

💲 Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000 per year
