Your responsibilities

  • Sie analysieren die Finanzierungsanforderungen des tkMX-Konzerns und leiten Handlungsempfehlungen ab, u.a. durch Erstellung einer kurz- und mittelfristigen Liquiditäts- und Zinsplanung unter Einbeziehung von Finanzierungsmix und -konditionen auf Basis der geplanten Mittelbindung der Konzerngesellschaften.
  • Sie beraten internationale Tochtergesellschaften des tkMX-Konzerns zur Steuerung finanzieller Risiken (Währungs-, Zins- und Warenpreisrisiken) und wirken bei der Entwicklung von Hedging-Strategien mit.
  • Sie beraten internationale Tochtergesellschaften des tkMX-Konzerns bei der konzerninternen Finanzierung mittels konzerninternen Verrechnungskonten und Darlehen.
  • Sie sind für die Erstellung von Auswertungen und Analysen zuständig und erstellen Reports im Rahmen des Monatsabschlusses sowie Risikoberichte und Sonderauswertungen.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit den beteiligten internationalen Tochtergesellschaften, internen Fachabteilungen und unseren Banken zusammen.
  • Sie unterstützen bei Bedarf bei der Abwicklung des konzerninternen Zahlungsverkehrs (Inhouse Banking), bei der Abwicklung und Kontrolle von externen Bankgeschäften (Hedging- und Geldhandelsgeschäften) sowie bei der Verwaltung von Bankgarantien sowie Konzernhaftungserklärungen.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Umsetzung bereichsspezifischer Projekt- und Sonderaufgaben und der Betreuung der Treasury IT der tkMX.

Your profile

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen.
  • Sie besitzen langjährige Berufserfahrung bevorzugt im Bereich Corporate Finance, idealerweise in einem international operierenden Konzern, und verfügen über fundiertes Wissen i.V.m. derivativen und originären Finanzinstrumenten sowie diesbezüglicher Regulierung und erste Kenntnisse zur Rechnungslegung nach HGB und / oder IFRS.
  • Sie bringen sehr gute Kenntnisse in den üblichen Anwendungen des Finanzbereichs sowie in MS Office mit und verfügen idealerweise bereits über Erfahrungen im Treasury Management System ITS der Firma ION.
  • Neben einer hohen Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft zeichnen Sie sich durch eine analytische Denk- und Arbeitsweise aus. Sie arbeiten lösungsorientiert und sind in der Lage, sich auch komplexe Sachverhalte selbstständig zu erarbeiten.
  • Sie arbeiten gewissenhaft und dokumentieren nachvollziehbar Ihre Ergebnisse.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt.
