Your responsibilities

Conduce si organizeaza departamentul din subordine (costuri/performanta);
Optimizeaza dotarile, procesele, ambalarea si colaboreaza cu furnizorii de servicii interni sau externi;
Asigura livrarea produselor catre clienti;
Intretinerea sistemului SAP;
Optimizarea rotatiei stocurilor;
Optimizarea managementului transporturilor;
Stabileste, impreuna cu management-ul, obiectivele si indicatorii de performanta;
Ofera suport logisticienilor din subordine;
Stabileste obiectivele de logistica specifice fiecărui an fiscal, in concordanta cu obiectivele BU;
Prezinta rapoarte si analize periodice si spontane, conform solicitarilor venite de la superiorii ierarhici;
Raspunde de mentinerea unui climat favorabil indeplinirii sarcinilor de lucru in departament;
Raspunde de identificarea nevoilor de instruire ale personalului din subordine si asigura formarea continua a acestora;

Your profile

Experienta min. 5 ani in domeniul automotive pe un post de Manager Logistica;
Cunostinte de limba engleza si/sau germana - obligatoriu;
Persoana bine organizata, orientata catre calitate, respectarea termenelor stabilite, cu bune capacitati de comunicare, spirit de initiativa si de echipa;
Bune abilitati de rezolvare de probleme, persoana analitica, orientata spre rezultat;
Preocupare pentru dezvoltarea personala si profesionala;
Capacitate de luare a deciziilor, abilitati de delegare si responsabilizare a celorlalti.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
