Your responsibilities

Objetivo:

  • Gestionar de manera eficiente los reclamos E/E (Eléctrico/Electrónico), incluyendo su documentación y seguimiento.
  • Supervisar y asegurar la correcta evaluación técnica de los reclamos E/E.
  • Analizar la causa raíz de fallas E/E y proponer soluciones técnicas efectivas.
  • Impulsar la mejora continua de los productos y procesos relacionados con sistemas eléctricos y electrónicos.
  • Desarrollar y fortalecer continuamente el conocimiento técnico (know-how) del área E/E dentro de la organización.
  • Garantizar la máxima satisfacción del cliente en temas relacionados con E/E.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos.

Actividades claves:

  • Colaborar en la evaluación técnica de reclamos E/E y, cuando sea necesario, rechazar reclamaciones con la debida justificación técnica.
  • Documentar de manera estructurada y completa los análisis realizados sobre reclamos E/E.
  • Consultar y trabajar sistemáticamente con analistas técnicos y especialistas en aplicaciones durante el proceso de resolución de problemas.
  • Participar en la evaluación de posibilidades de retrabajo.
  • Aplicar herramientas y metodologías de análisis.
  • Ejecutar inspecciones técnicas calificadas de producto en instalaciones del cliente cuando sea requerido.
  • Actuar como interfaz principal con el área de desarrollo de software en HU-Budapest y con la planta de producción en México, asegurando un análisis consolidado de las fallas E/E.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con analistas técnicos de proveedores para asegurar la calidad de los productos E/E suministrados.
  • Colaborar con analistas técnicos del cliente para garantizar la máxima satisfacción en temas y reclamos E/E.
  • Realizar análisis de producto en fase de producción para dar soporte
  • Gestionar y ejecutar procesos de Offline Flashing para actualizaciones de software.
  • Apoyar en la transferencia, desarrollo y despliegue del conocimiento técnico E/E dentro de la organización.

Your profile

Perfil requerido

  • Estudios: Ingeniería en Electrónica, Mecatrónica, o afín.
  • Experiencia: 3 años como ingeniero E/E o posiciones similares
  • Idiomas/nivel requerido: Inglés B2
  • Conocimientos:
    • Protocolos de comunicación en sistemas de bus de vehículos (CAN, FlexRay) y sus protocolos relacionados.
    • Experiencia en proyectos de módulos de verificación complejos y líneas de ensamblaje.
    • Procesos de desarrollo de software.
    • IATF 16949
    • CQI
    • FMEA/Core Tools
    • Conocimientos de ESD
    • Herramientas de resolución de problemas (metodologías).

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
