Your responsibilities
- You are part of AT CISO Office team and drive the information security strategy and governance of the Automotive Technology segment
- You are working closely with internal teams, our 8 business units and external partners to develop, coordinate and support the BUs in implementing optimal security solutions
- You conduct risk assessments and security evaluations to identify and mitigate potential threats
- You monitor and analyze security incidents and breaches and develop containment measures
- You support internal and external audits (e.g. TISAX audits) in information security
- Provide training and raise awareness among employees regarding information security and data protection
- Further development of our governance, risk and compliance solution at Automotive Technology together with our BUs
- You ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the field of information security
- Report to the AT CISO and senior management on the status of information security and emerging threats
- You support or manage projects in the field of information security
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree with a focus on information security or have at least 5 years of professional experience in this field
- You are experienced in designing, conceptualizing and developing and implementing security strategies and policies
- You already have experience in setting up and developing ISMS systems
- You have in-depth knowledge of current security standards and technologies (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX, NIST, GDPR)
- Experience with risk assessments, security evaluations, and incident management
- You are familiar with security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and data loss prevention (DLP) and even cloud security with e.g. EDR, PIM, PAM is a well-known environment for yo.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or similar are advantageous
- Experience with the Power BI & Power Platform is a benefit
- Confident and comprehensive written and spoken English (level C1) is required. Written and spoken German (level A2 or higher) desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex security concepts clearly
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with various business units and stakeholders
- High self-motivation and the ability to work independently and proactively
- Team spirit with a willingness to share knowledge and experience
- Willingness to travel, if necessary
