Your responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and management of existing grants and funding.
- Ensure compliance with all grant requirements and regulations.
- Coordinate with project teams to monitor progress and ensure alignment with funding objectives.
- Prepare and submit regular financial and progress reports to funding agencies.
- Maintain detailed records of all grant-related activities and expenditures.
- Identify potential opportunities for additional funding and support or lead funding proposal development.
Your profile
- You have a university degree in engineering, natural science or business administration
- Proven experience in grant management, particularly within the engineering or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a hands-on mentality.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are proficient in German as well as in English.
