Your responsibilities

As an Expert in Organizational Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness, efficiency, and adaptability of the organization. Leveraging your extensive knowledge and experience in organizational development and global transformation projects, you will collaborate with several internal stakeholders to design and implement programs that foster a positive workplace culture, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

  • Lead change management initiatives world-wide to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes, transformations and mergers
  • Identify opportunities for organizational growth, efficiency improvements, and cultural enhancement and contribute to the development and execution of the organization's (people) strategy
  • Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture that aligns with the company's values and goals
  • Support the executive team in creating sustainable coalitions for the implementation of cross-divisional change strategies
  • Support managers and supervisors in implementing organizational development strategies and attractive prospects for the future of the division within their respective teams
  • Collaborate closely with the HR development team, jointly discuss interventions and measures to support the change
  • Design and moderate discourse formats for employees and executives to involve them in change processes and negotiate implementation processes for the changes
  • Collaborate closely with the communications team regarding the strategy to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the change and transformation process world-wide
  • Review and execute initiatives (surveys, assessments etc.) to improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall engagement

Your profile

  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in organizational development and change management, proven track record of leading and implementing successful organizational development initiatives in an international company
  • Proficient project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate organizational development initiatives.
  • High level of methodological competence for group processes/ organizations and complex structures/interrelationships
  • Excellent moderation and presentation skills as well as very good knowledge of workshop design. Comprehensive trainings as systemic coach or organizational consultant
  • Ability to align organizational development strategies with overall business goals and objectives, strong strategic planning skills to drive long-term organizational effectiveness
  • Expertise in leading and managing organizational change initiatives and proven ability to guide organizations through transitions and mitigate resistance
  • Strong negotiation skills, cooperation and conflict resolution skills to ensure positive outcomes for all parties involved
  • Confident appearance and strong communication skills, an instinctive sense for situations and different stakeholders
  • Willingness to stay current on industry trends and best practices in organizational development
