Your responsibilities

Administrative, disciplinary and technical lead of the E/E HW Department
Assurance of the needed knowledge and capacity for the development of electronic hardware
Participation in the annual employee target setting and appraisal
Ensuring the success of E/E projects by providing needed engineering knowledge on time and in the needed capacity
Supports projects during the planning phase with technical expertise
Ensures development quality
Sets the annual targets for the resource managers
Responsible in cooperation with local management for accurate skills and resource development

Your profile

MSc on Electrical or Mechatronical Engineering
At least 10 years of HW leadership experience or HW project management experience
Good command of English (German is an advantage)
Project management knowledge
Good social and communication skills

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview. Due to the Corona pandemic, these interviews can currently also take place digitally. Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
