Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 base + Quarterly Incentive

What You’ll Do:
Collect receivables in assigned area or region
Maintain SAP accounts and update customer master data
Review and release blocked sales documents
Communicate regularly with customers, banks, trade references, and internal teams
Download and review credit reports for new and existing customers
Maintain organized credit files (electronic & paper)
Assist with sales tax audits and credit limit reviews (with some authority under $5,000)
Represent the credit department in a positive, solution-focused manner
What You Bring:
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
2–6 years of credit, accounts receivable, or customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear, positive, and professional written and verbal communication skills
MS Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency (SAP preferred)
Reliability and eagerness to learn and grow
