Your responsibilities
The selected individual will play a crucial role in executing and developing a Dynamic Sales & Business Development Dashboards utilizing their strong business analysis skills.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile methodologies and demonstrate excellent data analysis,
communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Main Duties:
Create and maintain comprehensive market information/survey, including roadmaps, release plans, ensuring that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of market information.
Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including business development teams.
Collect market data from various sources and transforming them into a usable format.
Develop reports in the defined analytic tools (Power BI)
Support in the definition of the best reports or analysis to gain further business insights about various markets
Ensure market data integrity and quality.
Support the evaluation of different business processes related to bid preparation, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
Analyze data and develop strategies that align with business objectives.
Specializes in gathering and analyzing data related to market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Respossibilities:
Improve data visibility & accessibility for Sales & BD teams.
Enhance efficiency & decision-making through automation/dash boards and insights
Drive business growth with predictive analytics and intelligent reporting
Pull real-time data from CRM, and finance systems.
Competitive Analysis: Market positioning, market share, and opportunities in Fertilizers, Energy, and Green Hydrogen sectors.
Design and implement a Power BI dashboard that provides real-time insights for the Sales and BD teams, including :
- Revenue & Sales Performance Analysis: Track sales trends by product, region, customer.
- Lead & Opportunity Tracking: Meaksure the effectiveness of BD strategies by analyzing lead conversion rates and pipeline efficiency.
- Market Segmentation Insights: Identify high-value customer segments to support targeted sales strategies.
- Customer Profitability Analysis Determine the most profitable customer segments and optimize resource allocation.
Your profile
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience more than two years.
- Understanding of key design principles.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Proficiency in C# programming language.
- Experience with Net framework, ASP.Net MVC and Entity Framework.
- Experience with graphic design applications.
- Experience with responsive design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional.
- Fundamental Data Analysis to real Business Problem.
