💰 Compensation & Incentives

• Base Salary: Starting at $90,000 annually

• Annual Incentive Bonus: Up to 10%
• Monthly Gainshare Program: Performance-based cash incentives
• Sign-On Bonus: Available for qualified candidates

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency goals
• Oversee training and ensure product conformity
• Manage daily production planning and preventative maintenance
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives
• Collaborate with Customer Service and other departments
• Maintain compliance with HR policies and safety standards
• Work hands-on in a warehouse environment with heavy machinery

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in supervisory or management roles
• Experience in Continuous Improvement (Six Sigma preferred)
• Aerospace or Quality background
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Safety-first mindset and team-oriented attitude
