💰 Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary: Starting at $90,000 annually
- Annual Incentive Bonus: Up to 10%
- Monthly Gainshare Program: Performance-based cash incentives
- Sign-On Bonus: Available for qualified candidates

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency goals
- Oversee training and ensure product conformity
- Manage daily production planning and preventative maintenance
- Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives
- Collaborate with Customer Service and other departments
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and safety standards
- Work hands-on in a warehouse environment with heavy machinery
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in supervisory or management roles
- Experience in Continuous Improvement (Six Sigma preferred)
- Aerospace or Quality background
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Safety-first mindset and team-oriented attitude
