Aufgaben
We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) activities within the Supply Chain function in Procurement. This role offers hands-on experience in sustainable procurement, supplier compliance, and ESG strategy development in a global business environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and execution of workshops, audits, and supplier engagements
- Support the development of action plans based on supplier audit reports
- Prepare, structure, and transfer ESG-related data into internal tools (Supply Chain Risk Assessment tool, Supplier Relationship Management Tool )
- Maintain and organize supplier documentation, including:
- Supplier Code of Conduct (SCoC)
- Supplier training records
- Certificates and contracts
- Contribute to the development of ESG strategy initiatives within Procurement
- Conduct research on ESG topics, including:
- EU sustainability regulations (e.g. Omnibus, CSRD-related topics)
- Industry best practices and emerging trends
Profil
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Legal or a related field
- Strong interest in ESG, sustainability, procurement and responsible sourcing
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI)
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
