Aufgaben
Summary
The Storeroom Administrator reports to the Storeroom Group Leader and is responsible for maintaining the storeroom by receiving in and verifying all orders, as well as keeping items stocked and organized.
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Receiving shipments
- Verifying accuracy of shipped items
- Act as storeroom window clerk
Specific Responsibilities of the Job
- Receives shipments for plant and/or corporate office
- Ensure vendor shipments complete and accurate
- Organize and maintain storeroom
- Handle shipment mistakes such as wrong delivery
- Provide repair parts to plant to ensure machines up and running
- Utilize SAP system information to ensure parcels and PO packing slips are a match
- Responsible for making some shipments
- Act as window clerk for storeroom and responsible for tracking department, clock number, name, and item description of those requesting items
- Obtain necessary signatures to authorize orders received or shipped
- File receipts, packing slips, and other paperwork
- Check and fill vending machines and collect vending machine data

- Education/Credentials/Certifications/Length of Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
With
- Previous inventory control and manufacturing experience preferred

- Basic accounting knowledge
- Computer savvy
- Extremely Detail-oriented
- Extremely organized
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent reasoning and problem solving ability
- Excellent oral language ability
- Knowledgeable of items in the storeroom
- Knowledge of machines and machine parts
