Job Summary
The primary role of the Sr. SAP Process Engineer is to1) Lead SAP Project Teams in the design, configuration, implementation, and testing of SAP changes in respective SAP module
2) Support the business community in managing and optimizing the SAP System, and
ensure quality of the SAP system consistent with TKMNA PMO processes and standards.
3) Provide suggestions and options for business requirements

Key Accountabilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the SAP Process Engineer include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Position requires functional Configuration skills (minimum 10 years) in SAP SD (including order processing, shipping and billing), deep knowledge on SD integration with SAP FICO AR, AP, GL reporting, month end closing.
- Design, develop, configure and testing of SAP -SD and knowledge on integration with WM, EWM, MM.
- Experience in designing, configuring and developing complex business processes in SAP SD , Pricing , ATP.
- Design and deliver metal industry specific processes and end to end functional configuration in SAP.
- Experience with third parties’ applications and collaborate with internal architecture and technical teams to develop a solution.
- Good understanding of interfaces with non-SAP applications including but not limited to EDI, file transfer, API, and XML
- Implementation experience in customer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) including 810, 850, 855, 894, 820.
- Experience in waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Develop SAP system design and configure solutions to enable corporate strategic objective and drive business value
- Directs and coordinates all activities associated with the SAP application including design, testing, configuration, and deployment of current and future functionality
- Work through complex SAP process problems and document the business process as configured in SAP, test and ensure proper integration with other modules
- Participates in or facilitates business process definition workshops
- Promotes resolution of business requirements through standard system functionality
- Performs detailed configuration of SAP modules to replicate the required business processes
- Provides input on technical implications of specific requirements of SAP solutions, including data conversion, development of technical objects and interfaces
- Facilitates knowledge transfer to the other project team members
- Conducts and coordinates testing of all SAP upgrades and patches
- Organizes the exchange of problems with SAP / Partners
- Defines custom application requirements and works with other team members to design, test, implement and deploy the custom applications
- Works closely with other process teams to facilitate project progress and to ensure an integrated system solution
- Conducts training and retraining as needed
- Manages the change management process
- Promotes ‘one way of working’

- This position requires 20-25% travel

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Have excellent communication (written and oral), organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high intensity environment.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university with three to five years related ERP experience and/or comparable experience working in a process and systems oriented environment.
- Minimum 10 years’ hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0.
- 9 years’ experience in SAP SD process design, analyze requirements and arrive at functional solution (Blueprint) for to be business process.
- Design, configure, develop and implement SAP functional modules.
- Design functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflow and forms.
- Modify, test and implement SAP application software.
- Utilizes SAP knowledge and expertise to identify issues and implementation opportunities.
- Perform unit, system, integration and regression testing through the project life cycle.
- Analyze critical issues and defects and provide SAP solutions accordingly.
Preferred Requirements:
- Requires the ability and initiative to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical documents, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals
- Ability to effectively present information
