Step into a hands-on leadership role as a Warehouse Team Lead. Where you will drive daily operations, and partner directly with customer leadership to ensure top-notch service and results. You’ll oversee and coordinate work in your area, , and ensure all tasks meet customer expectations while upholding the highest quality and safety standards. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact while providing performance insights to the Onsite Supervisor.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (1st shift)

Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead by example with organization and strong housekeeping
- Coordinate shift start activities (tables, paperwork, duties)
- Ensure tools, materials, and PPE are available for all jobs
- Communicate progress, issues, and violations to the Onsite Manager
- Support and comply with all health and safety initiatives
- Maintain strong customer interaction and satisfaction
- Ensure accurate daily documentation and paperwork
- Follow all customer and company regulations and maintain site access
- Work on warehouse floor around heavy machinery
- Meet tkSCS employee competencies

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a team lead or supervisor
- Strong leadership and multi-tasking ability
- Ability to manage a team of up to 15 people
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work days, afternoons, nights, overtime and weekend shifts
- Reliable attendance is an essential part of this position
- Experience in automotive or industrial setting is an asset – we are willing to train for the right person!
- Must be comfortable working with scanners and tablets for data keeping and time entries
- Previous professional interactions with customers and/or vendors
- Must read, write and speak basic English
- Computer literate, able to utilize MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and email software
- Safety Mindset
Preferred Requirements:
- Forklift experience
- Understanding of measurement units and tolerancing; ability to train others in this area
Job Compensation
$21.00-$23.00 Hourly
