- Lead and develop a team of 3 Production Planners and 4 Customer Planners.
- Manage customer call-offs, delivery schedules, and performance KPIs through SAP and customer portals.
- Oversee demand planning, shipping coordination, and claim handling.
- Create efficient production schedules considering demand, inventory, and capacity.
- Conduct short-, mid-, and long-term capacity planning.
- Ensure the semi-material availability and maintain planning-related master data (SAP / Sedapta / MOM).
- Handle escalations related to production or delivery bottlenecks.
- Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams.
您的资料
- BSc degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, customer service, or supply chain.
- Proven leadership skills and a strong team-player mindset.
- Solid knowledge of SAP (PP/MM/SD) and ERP systems; Lean and digital tools are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs and planning processes.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- English proficiency required.
