Summary: -
We are currently migrating from SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA (Private Cloud). Today, service processes are mainly based on SAP CS. As part of the transformation, these processes will be migrated and re-designed using SAP S/4HANA Service, following a standard-oriented approach. The introduction of SAP Field Service Management (FSM) is an option for the next phase.
For this journey, we are looking for an experienced inhouse SAP Service professional who is hands-on, thinks end-to-end and actively contributes to shaping the future service landscape
- You will be one of the central internal contacts for SAP service processes. You work closely with service business teams, IT and external implementation partners and play a key role in the S/4HANA transformation.
- This is not a pure support role. We are looking for someone who understands the business, challenges requirements, and helps define practical SAP solutions.
- Inhouse responsibility for service processes in SAP CS and SAP S/4HANA Service
- Active contribution to the SAP S/4HANA implementation, focusing on service
- Design, migration and optimization of end-to-end Service-to-Cash processes
- Coverage of:
- Spare parts and service-related logistics
- Service orders, contracts, warranties and billing
- Field service processes (including potential FSM introduction)
- Requirement analysis together with service and operations teams
- Translation of business needs into SAP process and system designs
- Customizing, testing, go-live support and post-go-live stabilization
- Functional steering of external SAP consultants
- Continuous improvement of processes and system usage

- 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP service processes
- Strong knowledge of SAP CS; experience with SAP S/4HANA Service is a strong plus
- Experience with spare parts business and service-related logistics
- Good understanding of integrated SAP processes (e.g. SD, MM, FI/CO)
- Experience in ERP or S/4HANA migration projects
- Pragmatic, structured working style with the ability to think beyond the system
- Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute
- Very good English skills; German is a plus
- Work Location:- Thane (Mumbai)
