• Process, check, post, and reconcile intercompany (IC) and purchase invoices accurately in SAP (FI/MM), ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and EDI postings
• Post IC payments in SAP FEBAN, manage supplier down payments, and prepare documents for manual payments
• Create weekly accounts payable payment runs in various currencies and resolve urgent supplier payment reminders, including delivery stoppage situations
• Review and control the goods receipt/invoice (GR/IR) accounts and perform accounts payable reconciliations
• Support specialist departments in invoice verification and communicate with suppliers, authorities, and internal departments
• Act as key user for Seeburger and maintain accurate archiving of accounting documents
• Identify and implement process improvements, document procedures, and ensure compliance with accounting policies
• Assist and train team members, support the Team Leader when required, and monitor quality of team tasks

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with strong operational experience in SAP FI and SAP MM
• Deep understanding of intercompany invoicing, payment processes, and EDI postings; Seeburger experience is a plus
• Strong finance background and advanced accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in German (required) and English (business communication level)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and methodical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• Customer-oriented mindset with high professional standards and strong work ethic
