- Responsible for Market & Competitor Intelligence as well as management reporting
- Support Sales activities for new Business Development as well as serial sales activities to ensure relief for the Eschen workforce
- Responsible for process to monitor market, customers, and competitors
- Responsible for all IHS-related market information, updates to technical inquiries, and visualizations in collaboration with AT
- Support Translation of changes in the market (e.g. new complex E/E architecture) into requirements for the pre-development department
- Ensure a sufficient and lean reporting to the management in cooperation with SVP Sales and Expert Marketing & Strategy
- Coordinate the Quote Release Process to the President of BU BM and maintain all necessary data and information to ensure complete transparency
- Analysis of the customer market needs and requirements as well as approaching customers for our new product portfolio in cooperation with Key Account Management and R&A Department
- Align commercial framework for the quotation in coordination with the Head of Product Management to ensure harmonized and standardized communication to the customer
- Concept for internal communication/visibility of ongoing product innovation and customer projects (in cooperation with R&A), e.g. Sharepoint for Central Sales
- Responsible to track and present a transparent market price monitoring to all stakeholder departments and sales
- Develop and coordinate a standard sales funnel for Bilstein Motion Solutions and minimize the reporting effort towards Product Lines for all Sales Managers
- Support the CRM data quality in cooperation and coordination with the entire Sales department

- 1-4 years relevant professional experience preferably industrial environment
- Expert skills in analytical thinking, networking, and strategizing
- Strong customer and market orientation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong international and intercultural competences
