- SAP FI/CO support and guidance across global locations (1st & 2nd level) and assuming subject-matter responsibility for user and process issues in SAP FI/CO
- Customizing and configuration of FI/CO modules (plus AM/IM where relevant), including testing, documentation, and implementation of regulatory requirements
- Participation in SAP R/3 and S/4HANA FI/CO projects and global rollouts; assist with validation in data migration
- Creation of development specifications, technical documentation, testing, and implementation of changes
- Training and coaching: creation of training materials, delivery of trainings, and ongoing professional support for colleagues, support teams and business stakeholders
- Reporting and interfaces: ABAP-based and state-of-the-art reporting solutions; management of interfaces and alignment with group-wide standards
- Business development and change management: contribute to process improvement initiatives and support organizational change

- Completed IT training or a university/college degree
- Relevant professional experience in SAP FI/CO
- Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules; understanding of related processes in finance, accounting and controlling
- Strong organizational skills, high motivation, and an independent working style
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, team spirit, and strong communication skills
- Fluent English skills
- Willingness to travel (approximately 10%)
- Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with stakeholders
